What are they thinking? LGBTQI+ & CIS heterosexual voices
TUESDAY, 16 FEBRUARY session was well received, opening up space for a powerful conversation
Registration open for the next session
“What Are They Thinking?” is a series of online events featuring conversations about race, culture, class, gender and more.
In this 90 minute session, each person will share their experiences and discuss these (only) with the people from the same group, while people from the opposite group listen without engaging. Each group will have a moderator, of the same culture or ethnicity, who will ask a series of questions to the participants and facilitate the conversation among peers.
At the end the two groups will go to separate breakout areas on Zoom to discuss what they’ve listened to and reflect on what was learned. To ensure everyone gets to participate, this session is limited to 12 people (six from each group).
